We also happen to own the land-clearing and site-prep side of the business, so grading, drainage, and access are handled in-house instead of subbed out.

Do I need a permit for a deck?
In most CSRA jurisdictions, yes. We handle the permit process as part of the job.
Composite or wood?
Wood costs less up front and needs sealing every couple of years. Composite costs more and mostly doesn't. We'll price both.
Can you replace just the decking and keep my frame?
Sometimes. We'll inspect the framing and footings first — if the structure is sound, resurfacing is a real option.
Do you build screened porches?
Yes, including roofed and screened outdoor rooms tied into the existing roofline.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on size, height, material, and site access. Estimates are free.
