Mario Roker doesn't just build for clients — he buys dated homes across the CSRA with his own money, rebuilds them, and puts them back on the market. Six of them since 2024, from a 1960 ranch on Crestview to a 6-bedroom in Windsor Forest that went from $248,031 to a $757,900 listing.
That changes how the work gets done. Every crew, every subcontractor, every material vendor gets battle-tested on a house he owns before they ever touch a client's home. If a tile setter cuts corners, he finds out on his own dime — not yours.

Our philosophy
We don't just renovate homes — we build them to perform.
A renovation should do more than look good in photos. Some of our projects are resale flips. Others become revenue-generating assets: 2417 Wilkshire Drive was rebuilt into a six-bedroom hospitality house that now operates as a luxury Masters Week rental minutes from Augusta National — three separate living spaces under one roof, private apartments, and a chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for guests.

The M310 Story
M310 started in 2023 as a land clearing and site prep operation in North Augusta, South Carolina — tracked skid steers, forestry mulchers, and a lot of Georgia red clay. That business still runs today as M310 Land Works.
Clearing land led naturally into what gets built on it. As the flip portfolio grew, so did the crews, the equipment, and the vendor relationships — until we were doing complete home renovations end to end. M310 Renovations is that side of the business.
